Submit your return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 48 hours are automatically rejected.

Item condition

The item should be in the same condition as received. No need for sealed packaging.

We handle pickup

Once approved, we send a courier to pick up the item from you — no hassle on your end.
